Christian Jordan

Mr. Jordan is EMPC’s Director of Business and Legal Affairs.   Mr. Jordan manages NOVICE software licensing with longstanding, renewing, new, and prospective clients.  He addresses license compliance issues if they arise.  Mr. Jordan also manages EMPC’s new business development, publications, and branding.

Mr. Jordan is an attorney admitted to practice in the states of California and Texas.  A veteran of two AmLaw 100 firms, his practice has included Foreign Corrupt Practices Act representation, corporate regulatory compliance, business litigation, and intellectual property licensing and dispute resolution.
