An Adjoint Charged Particle Transport Method
This paper reports validation of NOVICE by way of instrument measurements made by Pioneer spacecraft which verified NOVICE calculations. The paper also includes a concise introduction to the ADJOINT (aka ‘reverse’) Monte Carlo analysis technique.
